Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and marketing support to the TA Head and Product Management team
• Assist in the creation and coordination of promotional materials and marketing campaigns
• Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain and update distributor and customer databases accurately
• Generate and deliver monthly reports on customer satisfaction metrics
• Support the execution of digital marketing and communication strategies
• Deliver timely and accurate operational and analytical reports to support decision-making

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of market and customer intelligence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a patient/client-focused environment
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Skilled in administrative support and coordination
• Ability to manage and analyze data for decision-making
• Fluent in English
