The Procurement Strategy Analyst is a key player in driving operational efficiency and performance management within the regional procurement function. This role focuses on analyzing procurement data, deriving actionable insights, and implementing best practices to enhance overall performance.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse procurement data and metrics, derive insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the team and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with category/country teams to drive improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into procurement performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Support the regional Procurement Operational Excellence team in various projects and initiatives.
  • Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and simplification
  • Support implementation of globally processes and tools in a standardized, efficient, and compliant way to the benefit of the end-user community.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least bachelor's in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 1-2 years' experience in relevant functions/industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Project management / coordination experience

Desirable Requirements:

  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Preference to experience with procurement software and systems
