Key Responsibilities
• Accountable for end-to-end Country LDC Journey – with Country Lead, securing country resources, and managing completion of all country activities related to LDC adoption
• Ensures all release delivery milestones and toll gates in country are met
• Coordinate and execute Business Readiness Assessments and F2C workshops in collaboration with the Core team, liase with other functions for integrated topics
• Perform high quality Adopt Enablement & Regions Risk Management activities at Global & Local level in partnership with ERC and proactive mitigation of evolving risks
• Drive Change Management activities such as Change impact assessments, Training Needs assessment and communication efforts in support of successful go live
• Ensure high quality, effective Data Migration (including data cleansing & verification) so business operations function smoothly at go live, including verification & sign off
• Support Successful completion of User Acceptance Testing for all Releases
• Understanding the Material Master data, process and governance model design, methodology including data migration scope. Having an overview of other related SAP master data objects.
• Contribute to Change and Engagement activities, change impact assessments, action follow ups, training of endusers with S4 / MDGM SuperUsers.
Essential Requirements:
• Senior profile experienced in managing complexity, large teams and projects.
• Organizational savviness, knowledge and understanding of Novartis processes, strong networking and relationship building.
- Understanding of the core Material master concepts and the cross-functional aspect of the Material master data
• Project management, communication, negotiation and coordination, can manage country/plant stakeholders.
• Strong Communicator in English and local language
• Experienced working with global teams in a virtual setup and managing x-functional projects.
• Strategic and pragmatic hands-on approach, with ability to close decisions and make things happen (hiring, preparing & running meetings, tracking plan progress, managing risks)
• Finance background is a plus.
