About the role:
We are looking for a passionate, proactive and highly motivated individual who wants to have an impact as part of a global innovative medicines company.

As the Stakeholder Insights and Data Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Communications and Patient Advocacy team in insights gathering, conducting analyses, evaluating and interpreting data to inform programs for better patient outcomes.

The role reports directly into the Lead of Patient Advocacy and will work closely with the rest of the corporate affairs team as well as several cross-functional teams.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key partner within the Communications & Patient Advocacy team, contributing to the development and implementation of patient-centered initiatives and programs in Canada.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, advisory boards, patient interviews, and patient-focus research, to identify trends and patterns.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to present findings, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Drive data fluency and analytics analysis, master emerging channels and tools, and support the team with periodic trainings.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational management of our internal systems and dashboards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to patient advocacy, stakeholder engagement and data management.
  • Support the Patient Advocacy Lead on key projects.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, social sciences, health informatics) is required;
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources and identifying trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, patient-centered research, and patient advocacy is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Resilient and adaptable to evolving landscapes.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and energetic individual

  • Fully bilingual in French & English.
  • Utilization of Objectives, goals, strategies and measures (OGSM) framework, a goal setting and action plan framework used in strategic planning with measurable results and assessment.
